How do you charge for your services?

My fees are competitive and fully transparent — agreed upfront before we begin. For buying services, fees are typically charged as a percentage of the purchase price. For selling, fees are commission-based and only charged on successful completion.

Do you work with international buyers?

Absolutely. A significant portion of my clients are international buyers purchasing property remotely. I handle viewings, due diligence, and legal coordination on your behalf — you can complete a purchase without ever needing to be physically present.

How long does the buying process typically take?

It depends on the market and property type. In London and Paris, the process typically takes 8–12 weeks from offer to completion. In Dubai and Miami, it can be considerably faster — sometimes as little as 4–6 weeks for cash buyers.

Can you help with off-market properties?

Yes — and this is one of my key strengths. A significant portion of the properties I sell and source are never publicly listed. If you're looking for something specific, I'll use my network to find it before it reaches the open market.

Do you offer property management services?

I don't offer property management directly, but I work with a trusted network of property managers in each of the five cities I operate in. I'm happy to make introductions once a purchase is complete.
